The Clock face timer, built using a true-geared timing mechanism for precision, is beautifully designed with conventional sweeping timing hands and a large rotary knob for quick and easy operation, there are six models to choose from offering seconds, minutes and hours with delay on or delay off timing.
The clock face pneumatic timer is a well-known and a favourite standard industry device that offers an impressive +/-1% repeatability; a motor mechanism driven by air provides precise timing regardless of control pressure or air pressure fluctuations.
This pneumatic timer has a 5-way valve providing a delay on or delay off timing function when connected. Setting the time is achieved by adjusting a large rotary knob located on the front of the pneumatic timer. The front dial displays both set time, black timing hand, and the process time, red timing hand.
Pneumatic clock face timers use a constant supply of air (9 litres per minute) at port 12 to operate the timer mechanism. Upon reaching a preset time, the valve switches, the timer mechanism will continue to use air while the control signal is still connected.
The rotor stop version is designed to save air energy during the switched condition. This feature is useful when the timer is operating from a limited supply of compressed air and where the output is active for extended periods, as an example, bottled air supply in remote areas.
Connections are to the rear of the pneumatic timer; spring clips are used to secure the timer to the panel; alternatively, an aluminium bracket, part number 54.534 can be ordered to surface mount these timers. Visit our online shop for stock and pricing information.
