We supply pneumatic push-button valves with a choice of control buttons; these are mushroom type buttons, flush or shrouded type buttons and push/pull operators.
Mushroom buttons have a large contact area exposed beyond the panel surface providing quick and easy palm operation. The reduced contact surface of the shrouded type push-button valve enables only a single finger or thumb to operate the button; they are low-profile by design, the bezel not only compliments panel appearance but protects the valve against accidental operation.
Air pilot assisted versions for a lighter actuation are offered, the button is auxiliary supported, this reduces the manual force required to operate the valve for a lighter touch.
In addition to push-button type operators, knob operated types have profiled heads that are raised beyond the panel surface for push and pull operation. Knob operated push/pull valves are particularly useful within circuits where a manual start/stop and an automatic stop function is required. Often used within single-shot timing circuits, the timing output can signal the pilot port of the valve, this resets the button and the timer simultaneously.
All push-button valves come with neck nuts for secure mounting to a panel. Push-button valve options include a 3 and 5-way valve configurations with G1/8 or G1/4 threaded connection ports. ATEX approval is optional with many of these valves; details are in the download section of this website. Visit our online shop for stock and pricing information.
